In the spring of 2023 the City of Cortland will be implementing a new downtown area parking program. This new program will eliminate the need for residents, business owners, and visitors to move their vehicles every 2-3 hours while parked on city streets and in municipal lots. When used properly, the program greatly reduces the number of parking citations.
