City Receives $400,000 in 2009 CDBG Funds
Cortland was the successful applicant for 2009 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds awarded through the NYS Office for Community Renewal. The City received $400,000 and will use its award to rehabilitate 21 units of income property in the East End target area.
