Multi-Family Home Ownership Program
The City is applying for homeownership funds for downpayment/ closing cost assistance for those wishing to purchase a two or three unit home in the City of Cortland that is in need of substantial repairs. Funds will also be available to rehabilitate the home after purchase. Successful applicants must agree to rental requirements for a specified time period.
