Cortlandville and City Cooperate on Route 11 Water Project
USDA Rural Development is providing the Town of Cortlandville with $1.1M in 2009 grant funds to extend City water from the Port Watson Street Bridge to the hamlet of Polkville. The remaining 50% of the project cost is being provided to the Town as a low interest loan with a term of 38 years. The City and the Town have worked cooperatively over the last few years to make this project a reality.
