City of Cortland permit applications and other documents are available at the Code Enforcement office, located on the first floor of City Hall, 25 Court Street.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday - 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Before you fill out the application:

• Please read ALL INFORMATION carefully.
• Only COMPLETED applications will be processed.
• Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified of the results by our staff.
• Should you have any questions regarding your application, please do not hesitate to ask a member of our staff for their assistance.
