• Maintenance of buildings and grounds
• Capital budget projects, interact with engineers, architects and contractors
• Service agreements for equipment, phones, elevators, and copiers
• City's fleet of vehicles for insurance purposes and disposition
• Worker's compensation claims
• Auctioning of City equipment and properties
• Safety Coordinator/compliance activities relating to OSHA regulations
• Compliance activities relating to Americans with Disabilities Act
• Purchasing: State Bid Contracts
• Storage facilities/records retention
