City Captures 2009 HOME Program Funds
The City of Cortland was recently awarded $400,000 in 2009 HOME Program funds from the NYS Housing Trust Fund Corporation. The City has targeted the East End Neighborhood as the focus of this application. The City hopes to rehabilitate 14 single family homes in the neighborhood.
