- Consideration of a permit request submitted by the Cortland County Relay for Life Planning Committee to operate a sound enhancing device at Davis Field (SUNY Cortland) from 7:00 P.M. on June 15, 2007 to 8:00 A.M. on June 16, 2007; and to waive any related fees.
- Consideration of a Resolution recognizing $14,626.65 in insurance recovery revenue, plus $5,925.00 in revenue from the auction of old vehicles; and appropriating said additional revenue totaling $20,551.65 to Account No. 3120-206-00 (Police Operational Equipment).
- Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the adoption of procedures for the application for and approval of street closing requests.
