- Consideration of the adoption of Local Law No. 1 of 2007; revising the income limits for qualifying for the Senior Citizen Tax Exemption.
- Consideration of the adoption of Local Law No. 2 of 2007; revising the income limits for qualifying for the Tax Exemption for Persons with Disabilities.
- Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to file an application for funds from the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation to fund the Beaudry Park Recreation Building Project.
- Consideration of a Resolution adopting the South End Strategic Plan.
- Consideration of a Resolution acknowledging that a grant application will be submitted by the Alumni Association for EPF funding for the Alumni House project.

- Discussion regarding the County’s proposal to partially fund an engineering study to determine the feasibility of installing a detention pond to control Otter Creek flooding (Alderman Feiszli).
- Discussion regarding the salary for the Mayor’s position (Alderman Partigianoni).
