  1. Consideration of the adoption of Local Law No. 1 of 2007; revising the income limits for qualifying for the Senior Citizen Tax Exemption.
     
  2. Consideration of the adoption of Local Law No. 2 of 2007; revising the income limits for qualifying for the Tax Exemption for Persons with Disabilities.
     
  3. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to file an application for funds from the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation to fund the Beaudry Park Recreation Building Project.
     
  4. Consideration of a Resolution adopting the South End Strategic Plan.
     
  5. Consideration of a Resolution acknowledging that a grant application will be submitted by the Alumni Association for EPF funding for the Alumni House project.

  10. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the closure of Euclid Avenue from 10:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. on August 18, 2007 for the 15th Annual Euclid Avenue Street Picnic.
     
  11. Discussion regarding the County’s proposal to partially fund an engineering study to determine the feasibility of installing a detention pond to control Otter Creek flooding (Alderman Feiszli).
     
  12. Discussion regarding the salary for the Mayor’s position (Alderman Partigianoni).
