- Consideration of the following actions relating to the Cortland Celtic Festival:
- A. Use of the City’s portion of Courthouse Park from August 24-26, 2007 to stage the event.
- B. Use of a portion of the area for a tent where alcoholic beverages will be served.
- C. Closure of Central Avenue, from Church Street to Greenbush Street, on August 25, 2007 from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
2. Consideration of the following actions relating to City of Cortland Sewer Rehabilitation/ Replacement and Storm Drainage Improvements Project:
- A. Consideration of a Resolution declaring the Common Council as the lead agency for the SEQRA process.
- B. Review of the Short Environmental Assessment form.
- C. In the event no positive impacts are identified, consideration of a Resolution making a negative declaration.
