- Presentation by Mark Dancy, representing Phoenix Recycling, regarding the blue bags currently in use.
- Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Thoma Development for the completion of a Comprehensive Plan.
- Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the completion of a request-for-proposal process for selection of an architectural firm to study the options for a new or renovated fire station; and further authorizing the Mayor to enter into agreement with the firm chosen.
- Continuation of a discussion regarding a proposal to increase the salary for the position of Mayor.
