1. Consideration of the following action relating to the 12th Annual Great Cortland Pumpkinfest:
   
        A. Permission to use the City’s portion of Court House Park on October 5-7, 2007.
   
        B. Permission to place promotional signs near the City’s entrance signs, from September 17-October 8, 2007.
   
        C. Permission to use a portion of Court House Park for a Microbrew sampling on October 6, 2007, from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
    
2. Consideration of a resolution reappointing Mary Lou Pai as a Commissioner of Deeds (employed in the District Attorney’s Office).
    
3. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the closure of Main Street, from Groton/Clinton Avenues to Port Watson Street, on August 11, 2007 from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. in order to stage the 8th Annual National Brockway Truck Show.
    
4. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the closure of the east section of William Street on August 18, 2007 from Noon to 6:00 P.M. in order to hold a neighborhood picnic.
    
5. Continuation of discussion regarding a proposal to increase the salary for the position of Mayor.
    
6. Discussion regarding possible resolutions to the issue of softballs being hit out of Dexter Park and entering private property.
    
7. Discussion regarding the following issues:
   
        A. Proposed Nuisance Party Ordinance.
   
        B. Amendments to the Front Yard Parking Ordinance.
