- Update by the City’s special counsel on the proposed rental permit program and other related issues.
- Consideration of a Resolution acknowledging the receipt of a $9,600 donation from Jim Yaman and appropriating said funds to Account No. A7110.405.02 (Parks – Operational Equipment).
- Consideration of the confirmation of the Mayor’s appointment of John Graham to the Landscape & Design Commission.
- Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the abandonment of a Permanent Easement & Right-of-Way in the Kent Drive area that was granted to the City on March 16, 1999.
- Consideration of a Resolution amending the Code of Ordinances to include a Nuisance Party Ordinance.
