- Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Thoma Development Consultants to provide program delivery and administration services for the South End Neighborhood HOME Rehabilitation Program.
- Consideration of the adoption of Local Law No. 3 of 2007; increasing the annual salary for the position of Mayor to $25,000 effective January 1, 2008 (Public Hearing held on October 2, 2007).
- Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the installation of street lights on Park Street and Sunnyfield Drive at a cost of $120 per year, per light.
