- Update by David Briggs on the Reval project.
- Consideration of the confirmation of the Mayor’s appointment of Anthony Camilli, Jacqueline K. Henry and Janice Kline as Commissioners of Deeds for the period January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2009. (All employed by the Department of Motor Vehicles.)
- Consideration of the confirmation of the Mayor’s appointment of Paul Lorenzo (32 Tompkins Street) to the Wastewater Treatment Plant Advisory Board.
- Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the submission of a Shared Municipal Service Incentive Grant application, in conjunction with the Town of Cortlandville, for funding to expand a City water main to the Town.
- Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a franchise agreement with National Grid.
- Consideration of the following actions relating to the water and sewer projects included in the South End CDBG program:
A. Resolution declaring the Common Council as the lead agency for the SEQRA process.
B. Review of the Unlisted Action SEQRA form.
C. Resolution determining a negative declaration, if applicable.
- Continuation of the discussion regarding the number of animals that may be housed at a residence and other related matters.
