1. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the adoption of the proposed 2008 Sewer Fund Budget and establishing a domestic rate of $2.25 per unit.
    
2. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the adoption of the proposed 2008 Water Fund Budget and establishing a domestic rate of $2.00 per unit.
    
3. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the adoption of the proposed 2008 General Fund Budget, as amended, and establishing a tax rate of $17.612 per $1,000 of assessed valuation.
    
4. Consideration of the confirmation of the Mayor’s reappointment of Elizabeth A. Burns to the position of part-time City Court Judge.
    
5. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the following street closures from 9:00 P.M. on December 31, 2007 to 12:30 A.M. on January 1, 2008:
   A. Main Street, from Court Street to Tompkins/Port Watson.
