1. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the issuance of Refunding Bonds in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 in order to refinance the 1996 Public Improvement Serial Bonds (Roll Call Vote Required).
    
2. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the issuance of five (5) exotic pet permits for ferrets (Alderman Michales).
    
3. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing an amendment to the Code of Ordinances to create a “No Parking Anytime” zone on both the east and west sides of Dio Way, from Central Avenue to East Court Street (Recommendation of the Public Safety Commission).
    
4. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the transfer of $30,000 from Account No. A1990.400 (Contingencies) to Account No. A3010.415 (Public Safety-Contractual) to repair a traffic signal on Groton Avenue.
    
5. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the transfer of $30,000 from Account No. A1990.400 (Contingencies) to Account No. A1620.415.00 (Buildings & Grounds-Contractual) to fund various emergency repairs to City facilities.
