- Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the approval of a Community Development Loan to Conifer Realty, LLC.
- Consideration of a Resolution endorsing the Cortland Downtown Partnership’s application for funding from the New York Main Street Program to fund façade and building improvements in historic downtown Cortland.
- Consideration of a request from the Central New York Mustang and Ford Club to close Main Street, from Central Avenue to Tompkins Street on May 18, 2008 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. to hold their “Cruise Nite” event.
- Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the adoption of the 2008 Community Development Miscellaneous Revenue Budget.
