1. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Cortland County SPCA to use the Water Works facility on Saturday, May 10, 2008 for various events and activities in conjunction with their Bright Lights display and fundraiser.
    
2. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into contract with Jack M. Lyon, DBA Stub’s Tree Service for the removal of trees and stumps.
    
3. Consideration of a Resolution banning the sale and promotion of toy and candy tobacco products at all City of Cortland sponsored events.
    
4. Consideration of the appointment of the following persons to the Landscape & Design Commission:
     Meghan Pressley, 55 Church Street
