2. Continuation of a discussion regarding the Rental Housing Permit Program.
    
3. Consideration of the confirmation of the Mayor’s appointment/reappointment of the attached list of individuals to various City boards and commissions.
    
4. Consideration of a Resolution confirming the appointment of Donna M. Johnson (7 Louise Drive, Cortland, New York) of the District Attorney’s office as Commissioner of Deeds for the period January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010.
    
5. Consideration of the following action relating to the 2nd Annual “Chill-A-Bration”:
   
   A. Permission to use the City’s portion of Court House Park on February 28, 2008.
   B. Permission to place promotional signs near the City’s entrance signs, from February 1 to February 28, 2008.
   C. Permission to sell beer.
