1. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the installation of a stop sign at Hickory Park Lane at 58 Hickory Park Road (Alderman Feiszli).
    
2. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the following actions regarding the East End Farmers Market:
   
   A. Move the market to Dexter Park.
   B. Waive the $50 per event usage fee.
   C. Add the market as an additional rider to the City’s policy.
     
3. Consideration of a Resolution of granting a noise permit to Ultimate Music.
    
4. Recognize additional revenue received from the New York State Office of Real Property Services.
    
   
5. Consideration of a Resolution to grant Time Warner Cable temporary authority for providing service in the City of Cortland. The City and Time Warner are in a franchise renewal process.
    
6. Discussion regarding the Rental Housing Permit Program.
