2. Consideration of a request by SUNY Cortland Athletics and the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Team for usage of the Cortland Water Works as their official training course for the 2009-2010 academic year.
    
3. Consideration of a request by the Cultural Council of Cortland County to use the South Side of Court House Park for the Cortland Arts & Wine Festival to be held on August 1, 2009 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and to have the open container law waived for a wine tasting event.
    
4. Consideration of the confirmation of the appointment of the following individuals to the Cortland Housing Authority:
