1. Presentation by Cortland County SPCA Board President Sharon Blatchley and Executive Director Donna Davie.
    
2. Consideration of confirmation of Chief of Police.
    
3. Consideration of a Resolution to enter into an Agreement with the State of New York regarding North Main Street culvert.
    
4. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the closure of Pearl Street, from Tompkins to Warren, for a neighborhood gathering on September 7, 2009 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
    
5. Consideration of the following actions relating to the Cortland Celtic Festival:
    
   A. Use of the City’s portion of Courthouse Park on August 21 and 22, 2009 to stage the event. 
   B. Use of a portion of the area for a tent where alcoholic beverages will be served. 
   
   
6. Consideration of a Resolution to recognize and modify A960 Appropriations and A1910-400 Unallocated Insurance in the amount of $10,252.50 and A510 Estimated Revenues and A2680 Insurance Recoveries in the amount of $10,252.50.
    
7. Consideration to amend Euclid Avenue street closure on August 15, 2009.
