1. Presentation of 2008 financial audit by Duane Schoen, CPA of Ciaschi, Dietershagen, Little, Mickelson & Company, LLP.
    
2. Consideration of the following action relating to the 12th Annual Great Cortland Pumpkinfest: 
   
   A. Permission to use the City’s portion of Court House Park on October 3 and 4, 2009.
   
   B. Permission to place promotional signs near the City’s entrance signs from September 28 until October 5, 2009.
   
   C. Permission to use a portion of Court House Park for a Microbrew sampling on October 3, 2009, from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
    
3. Consideration of the confirmation of the appointment of Stephen Pearsall (33 Hamlin Street) to the Department of Public Works Commission replacing Gerald Mahar (term will expire January 31, 2013).
    
4. Consideration of a Resolution to adopt Civil Service staffing roster.
    
5. Consideration of the approval of the contract for Bryan Gazda, Director of Administration and Finance.
