Additions to web site: Sex Offenders registry and "Police Blotter" arrest notifications
The Cortland Police Department has expanded their web site to include two new informative sections.
The Sex Offenders registry section lists those people who are required by law to comply with the Sex Offender Registration Act who live in the City of Cortland. Anyone who uses this information to injure, harass, or commit a criminal act against any person may be subject to criminal prosecution.
The "Police Blotter" will be posted once a week, usually on Wednesdays, with the arrest records of the previous week.
