7th Ward Meeting Announced

Alderman James Partigianoni, representing the 7th Ward, will host a Ward meeting Wednesday, February 27 at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 2nd floor, Common Council Chambers to allow residents to voice their concerns regarding the Tioughnioga River Trail project and Marietta's planned construction on the former Rubbermaid site.

Ms. Linda Dickerson Hartsock, of the BDC/IDA and Tioughnioga Waterfront Development Commission will be available to field questions concerning the project engineer's proposed plans for the river.

Mr. Dell Liotta, representing Marietta Corporation, will answer questions concerning Marietta's construction plans on the former Rubbermaid site.

Mayor Mary Leonard is also anticipated to attend.
