Youth Bureau Announces Winners of Essay Contest

An awards ceremony was held on February 28 at the Youth Center to honor the youth who won the first annual Youth Bureau essay contest, co-sponsored by ZAP. Entries were to address the topic "What is so great about living in Cortland?" The Cortland Standard published one of the seven winners' essay and photo each night the first week in March.
