Youth Bureau Info

Registration Information

Coaches/Instructors will NOT accept registration on the first day of the program. Money must be paid at the office prior to participation. If program(s) chosen have reached the maximum enrollment, your name will be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified by phone of any openings. Most program registration forms are available at the Cortland Youth Bureau Office, Cortland Youth Center and in each Cortland elementary school office during the registration period. All completed registration forms must be returned to the Youth Bureau office during office hours or the Cortland Youth Center between 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. No family with three or more children will pay more than $120.00 per year for Youth Bureau programs. These prices only pertain to in-house sponsored programs. This does not include golf, skiing, trips, etc.

Nothing kills a program quicker. . .

. . . than everyone waiting until the last minute to register for it. If you would like to participate in one of our classes or sports activities, please register well in advance of the registration deadline. At some point, we must determine if enrollment is sufficient to hold the activity. Your cooperation will assist us in providing the best organization and administration of recreation programs.

Recreation Scholarship Fund

Scholarships are available for resident individuals of all ages, who, for financial reasons, would otherwise be unable to participate in Cortland Youth Bureau programs. Interested individuals should contact our office at 753-3021.
